The food was delicious and our service was amazing! Highly recommend! A fun small town local restaurant!
This is honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We placed our order in advance, waited while the kitchen screwed up, called again when we realized we were given the wrong bag, returned to pick up the correction, were accused of stealing, asked to pay for the wrong food, and were shooed out of the building...all while attempting to be patient and understanding. I think this staff needs to attend some serious customer service training.
My family was handed the incorrect food after some confusion in the kitchen. After we got it home we realized the order was wrong after handing it all out and discovering some extras and incorrect toppings. I called Starbucks to request a corrected order and they mentioned they had discovered an error as well and after re-ordering our food was told we could return to collect the replacement bag. They explained we could keep the food or return it. Knowing that we had touched the food (and not wanting to have to drive an entire bag of food back across town) I opted to keep the bag at home.
Great little family run restaurant! Raspberry ice cream is recommended. Tremendous selection for all tastes. VERY popular with the locals.
First time trying it and loved it. Place was small but clean, not too noisy, and had decent seats. The shrimp was fully cooked and not greasy, fries were done and crisp. Burgers had a great flavor to them, taste like they were just pressed and grilled. Drinks were not over sugared or flat. They forgot the cake we order but I sometimes forget to say things out loud so went up to buy one and the lady remembered I did order one and gave it to me without issue. We just moved to Nevada and will come back to this place again.
Heads up new owners, you're ruining the business.
As a former employee of this establishment I understand disorganization as a result of the chaos that comes with dinnertime in Nevada. What I don't understand is an utter lack of customer service to the extent of accusing customers of stealing when provided with the wrong food.
While leaving with the replacement bag in hand, I heard "WAIT!" shouted in our general direction. I returned to the counter to be told that we needed to pay for the food. I explained that we had already paid. I then waited while it was apparent she was doing some math. She then gave me a total of the difference between the bags of food (keep in mind our correct order was the cheaper of the two bags). I looked at her sideways trying to figure out if she was being serious for a moment before stating again that we had already paid. The worker then looked disgruntled and asked her co-worker what she was supposed to do while we continued to wait.
Upon returning to Starbucks we waited in line again before being asked if we had a call in order. I mentioned the error and that we just needed the corrected bag. The person "helping" us provided the bag and mentioned that the bag we originally got was worth more than what was in the bag we ordered. I said that yes, it did seem like more food than might have been ordered but it was not apparent until we got it home and got it all out. She then accused us of taking the wrong bag off the counter purposefully (like we just wanted to take a stab at dinner for fun). We attempted to explain that at the time of the pickup there was an error in the kitchen and two bags were given the same number and this is the bag we were handed. She seemed to back down from the topic and we turned to go.
Eventually the staff literally waved us out, saying, "fine, it's fine, we'll figure it out."
Not the national chain coffee shop. This is family owned and small town food. A staple in the community. I recommend the pizza burger, jumbo beefburger, cheese balls and don't forget the ice cream.
